Where are you located? 
All the ceramics are crafted by hand in my studio in Florence, Italy. The studio is open to visitors Tuesday to Saturday 10am-7pm.

Do you accept custom orders?
It depends from the request. In that case I'd advise you to contact me and we can further discuss about the request.

Are all items listed ready to ship?
Unless a listing says 'preorder' or 'made to order' in the item description, it is ready to ship! If an item is sold out, check back soon! I try to update regularly. 

Returns or exchanges
Please read all listing information before placing your order. As I am a very small business, returns and exchanges are discouraged, but I want you to love your product! Please get in touch if you have any issues and I will work something out. I will generally except returns within 10 days of delivery. You are responsible for return postage. A refund will be sent after I receive the item and find it in its original condition. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative costs. I will not refund shipping costs. If you would like to exchange a product, please email me before shipping your order back so I can work out the details. You will be responsible for all postage fees.
