Each piece is handcrafted with care in my Florence studio. I take great pride in ensuring your ceramics travel safely to their new home.

Processing Time:
Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-Order:
For items marked as "Made-to-Order," please allow 3–4 weeks for crafting and firing before shipment.
Domestic Shipping (Italy):
Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days via tracked courier.
International Shipping:
I ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–14 business days). Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Local Pickup:
If you are in Florence, you can skip shipping costs! Select "Pick Up" at checkout and we can arrange a collection time at my studio in Via Romana 118 red (Oltrarno).

Each item is double-boxed or securely padded to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Due to the small-scale, handmade nature of my work, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is my priority.

Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that your piece arrives broken, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the damaged item and the packaging to [email protected] so I can arrange a replacement or a refund.
Handmade Variations:
Please embrace the uniqueness of your piece. Slight variations in size, shape, and glaze color are not defects but a hallmark of the artisanal process.
